My garden beautifies my yard
And adds fragrance to the air...
But it is also my cathedral
And my quiet place of prayers...
So little do we realize
that "the glory and the power"
Of He who made the universe
lies hidden in a flower!

Your garden is exquisite. I love each of your flowers...Great photos.
Beautiful blossoms this week. Love the hydrangea especially!
Beautiful, I love the hanging container over the liriope!
Beautiful blooms. Your Hybiscus is stunning!
Elizabeth, the colors and blossoms are beautiful. DH gave me a red hibiscus for my birthday. I'm eager to see it bloom. So sorry to hear the Japanese beetles are showing up. I saw one here last week, but haven't seen any since. Thankfully, they don't eat daylilies, but the grapes, hibiscus, mallows, roses, etc., will be eaten to the nubbins. :( ~~Rhonda

Elizabeth, All the shots of your blooms are wonderful! I especially like the ones against the blue sky. You are way ahead of me in bloom time. I probably won't post the gayfeather, cone flowers or black eyed Susans for at least a couple weeks. Great post! Jean
Great photos, but that's nothing new! I've always wondered what Japanese Beetles looked like--now I know!
