Never mind March, we know

For April and May.
March has come in like a lion and brought us snow. I am happy. On Friday the weathermen were forecasting a 30 % chance of snow for today but that usually means we will be getting rain, which it was doing when I went to bed a little past midnight. I woke up this morning around 6:30 and looked outside, fully expecting another day of rain but hoping still, and the ground was almost covered with snow. I couldn't wait to get outside and make pictures but I didn't stay out long. It is cold, especially after having temperatures in the 60's. The temperature outside is actually dropping. It was 31 degrees when I checked around 7 a.m. and I checked it again around 9 a.m. and it was 28. I have a nice warm fire built and it is definately a good day to curl up with a good book. No snow here. We've had almost 5 inches of rain total yesterday and today.

We got about 10-12" of snow yesterday. It was blowing and dreary and snowing all day. Today we have bright sunshine but it's 6 degrees out! It's definitely a day to stay in.
