Changing Seasons
Our weather the past few days has reminded me more of fall than summer. While it has been rather humid the temperatures have been in the 80's and it has been raining. I am not complaining at all because we can always use the rain and the temperatures have been wonderful but it is unusual weather for this time of the year. Yet, it has me looking forward to fall, which happens to be my favorite season. By the end of summer I am usually wore out from yard work, garden work, hot weather, and all the other work that requires my attention day to day. When October arrives I am in need of and ready for a slow down . Like nature, I NEED the winter months to rest and rejuvenate. I am thankful for the changing seasons.

I am ready too! Even though its been hot and rainy this week, it still feels like fall is coming. My future step son-in-law is a high school football coach and the boys will start practicing football next week. That's a good sign that fall is near. Love the picture on this post and the others on your blog.

I am so ready for Fall. It is my favorite time of the year. I love the cooler weather and the smells in the kitchen. I have already started buying a few new decorations.
