Jesus Is The Reason
In Bethlehem, God gave to us
The source of Christmas joy;
A star shown on a miracle:
The virgin birth of a boy.
He was born both God and man,
A Savior for us all,
The way to get to our heavenly home,
If we just heed His call.
So as we shop and spend and wrap
And enjoy the Christmas season,
Let's keep in mind the sacred truth:
Jesus is the reason.

This week is really going by too fast. I have been trying all week to get my house decorated for Christmas and have managed to get a little done but not much. I have not felt very well and have been struggling to get things done. After I get home each afternoon from Skylar's, I have to rest some. I have a sore throat and my left ear has been hurting. I feel dizzy like my blood pressure is up but I have been taking my blood pressure medicine so it must be an inner ear thing. This evening I felt so bad that I had to lay down for an hour and then take a hot bath before I was able to cook dinner. Afterwards, I didn't feel much better but I did manage to cook and do the dishes. I plan to go to the doctor tomorrow if I don't feel any better in the morning. I don't have time to be sick......
Thanks for stopping by.

I'm so sorry you're ill. :( Hope you are able to see the doc and get something to help you get over it quickly.
Love the poem. :)
Feel better soon.
Hi,
I hope you feel better soon. I'm from Al. love reading your blog; I feel like I'm home.
One day...one day...one day... I hope that I can do a blog, so people can see my part of the world. Hope to see you blogging soon!
Oh, honey, I'm sending get well wishes your way. That stinks - especially when things need doing. Well not that they NEED doing, but the WANT is there, I know. I love the poem you posted ~ ♥
Amen! I do so love the whole church part! I am decorating but this year I am really all about why we celebrate and not the commercial part. I'd love to say I am that good of a Christian, but I am trying to dig out of money problems too. I really am not letting it get to me. I want to share and spend time with and helping people and not go all out for the GIFTS! I have the gift Jesus' love and I'm good with that. I am sooo sorry you are sick! Take some time and get well. You may need the rest!
Hugs and prayers, Lisa
